Do candidates need to install anything?+
No. The candidate flow is completely login-less and runs directly in any mobile or desktop browser.
Will this replace our ATS or our video tool?+
No. Dokimos ID layers on top of the Zoom (and Teams) you already use. There is no ATS dependency.
What if the live check is inconclusive?+
We never auto-fail candidates. Inconclusive means lighting or angle prevented a clean read. A human always decides.
How long do you keep candidate data?+
Transient verification artifacts auto-delete on your organization's schedule after the interview (default 7 days, max 90). Live-check PDF reports are deleted 90 days after they are generated. Consent and audit logs are kept for compliance.
Is this BIPA, GDPR and CCPA aligned?+
Yes. Consent-first verification, short data retention, and export or delete capabilities are built in.
